James R. Andreen
is a shareholder for the law firm for Erstad & Riemer PA, where he is a trial and appellate lawyer, mainly in the areas of employment and civil rights. He is a member of the Federal, Hennepin County and Minnesota State bar associations; as well as the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Andreen earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law.

Marie Yves N. Jean-Baptiste
is the managing owner of The Saint Yves Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on the areas of estates and trusts, and taxation. Ms. Jean-Baptiste earned her J.D. degree, her Masters of Law in taxation (LL.M.) and an Estate Planning Certificate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has extensive experience in the areas of litigation, family law, estate planning, estate administration and probate, income tax preparation, and tax controversy matters. Ms. Jean-Baptiste makes it a part of her practice to assist individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community in the areas of family law, and estates and trusts when confronted with unique challenges, considerations, and issues when exercising legal rights. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland state and federal courts, United States Tax Court and United States Supreme Court. Ms. Jean-Baptiste prioritizes pro bono activities, lending her services to organizations and individuals across Maryland that are in need. She is the former chairperson for the Baltimore County Bar Association Estates & Trusts Committee, where she coordinated meetings, events and educational programs for her estates and trusts peers. Over the past five years, Ms. Miller has served as a prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia, specializing in major and violent crimes. Prior to her time in public service, she dedicated her early career to indigent defense work and family law, showcasing her commitment to effective legal advocacy. Ms. Miller earned her B.A. degree in psychology from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.

Robert J. Kasieta
is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pre-trial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Michael J. Gorby
is a founder and partner with Gorby Peters & Associates, LLC. He is a nationally recognized leader in complex corporate disputes, professional negligence cases, and liability issues that arise for property owners and managers, such as hotel chains, restaurants, shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings and other public venues. Since 1998, Mr. Gorby has served as the program chair for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (an affiliate of the University of Georgia), on the topic of premises liability. He is also the author of a popular legal treatise, Premises Liability in Georgia, which is published by Thomson Reuters/West, and which is now in its third edition. Mr. Gorby serves as an instructor/lecturer for Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center (GTPAC) in the area of procuring government contracts, and is also a registered mediator. He earned his B.A. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

David A. Bernstein
is an attorney with Buchalter's Portland office and a member of the litigation practice group. He defends companies and professionals in commercial, health care, products liability, and intellectual property litigation and disputes. Mr. Bernstein has extensive prior experience working closely with pharmaceutical and medical device companies, hospitals, medical professionals, and insurance companies both in and out of the courtroom to achieve optimal outcomes in each case, including highly public matters. He has also assisted clients with obtaining licensure through litigation and provided subsequent regulatory counsel in the medical marijuana and hemp industries. After law school, Mr. Bernstein served as law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. The scope of legal matters that Mr. Laforest litigates range from insurance defense claims to complex contractual disputes. He routinely litigates civil cases not just in Oregon, but throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Washington and Idaho. He earned his B.A. degree in English with a minor in Spanish, from Sewanee: The University of the South; and his J.D. degree (associate editor of the Oregon Law Review) from the University of Oregon School of Law. Mr. Wood is admitted to practice in Oregon State Bar, U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Washington State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, Idaho State Bar, U.S. District Court of Idaho, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Amber Bevacqua-Lynott
of senior counsel and associate general counsel with Buchalter. She is primarily located in the firm's Portland and San Diego offices, but is licensed in Washington, Oregon, California and Florida. Ms. Bevacqua-Lynott is a member of the firm's Professional Responsibility and Litigation Practice groups, through which she provides guidance and legal representation to attorneys, licensed professionals and other business clients, including firms and in-house legal departments. Her practice centers on legal ethics, risk management and discipline defense. Ms. Bevacqua-Lynott acts as outside counsel to clients in a variety of industries, providing advice and counsel on all manner of ethics issues, including conflicts, confidentiality, malpractice, risk management and fee issues. In addition, she represents lawyers, students and other professionals in front of regulatory authorities and bar associations on licensing, admissions, reinstatement, reciprocity, character and fitness, consumer protection, unauthorized practice of law, and disciplinary matters. Ms. Bevacqua-Lynott earned her B.A. degree from University of Redlands and her J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

is an associate in the Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.'s litigation department, where he focuses his practice in medical and professional malpractice defense, nursing home litigation, municipal and governmental litigation, product liability, and insurance defense litigation. An experienced attorney, Mr. Schutrum has successfully prosecuted and defended legal actions in both New York state and federal courts. He also has experience handling and resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Mr. Schutrum graduated, magna cum laude, from George Washington University, before earning his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County.
