is a co-founder of the law offices of Haber DiPaul LLC. He has more than 30 years of civil, commercial and personal injury litigation experience. Mr. Haber is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State bar associations, and serves as the firm's New Jersey resident partner. He serves as a certified federal and state arbitrator (Pennsylvania), and maintains memberships in several state bars and local trial lawyer associations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Haber has recently been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Judicial Investigation Committee, organized to vet appellate judges and justices in order to maintain integrity of the Pennsylvania Appellate Court System. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his master's degree in urban affairs at Boston University. Mr. Haber earned his J.D. degree at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law.

He has been the lead attorney in over 100 trials and arbitrations in state and federal courts across the country, and in domestic and international arbitration forums. Mr. Susag has the unique perspective of a trial lawyer who has also managed complex litigation and developed strategic legal plans as in-house counsel. Clients appreciate his boardroom-to-courtroom experience in crafting resolutions for their business disputes. Mr. Susag is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh, Fourth and Eighth circuits. is a partner at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. In his 30 year legal career, he has tried cases in almost every major area of civil law in courts across the country. Mr. Buhay has tried cases involving such disparate areas of law as products liability, premises liability, breach of contract, real estate and business torts, FTC enforcement actions, and trademark infringement claims. He serves as the National Counsel for Deficiency Claims as well as the National Oversight Counsel for premises liability claims for the nation's largest special servicer of commercial mortgage-backed securitized loans. In addition to handling all myriads of real estate matters, Mr. Buhay remains active in litigation, where his practice ranges from defending products, environmental, and commercial liability suits to handling complex antitrust and intellectual property matters. He regularly advises his business clients on all manners of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business dissolutions, manufacturing and supply agreements, and intellectual property licenses. Mr. Buhay earned his B.S. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Georgia School of Law.

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 7 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
