He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the districts of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Kansas and American bar associations, as well as The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Served as the Mayor pro of the 5th largest city in his state and served on the board of directors for his state's municipal league.

is vice-president/regional counsel for the FNF Family of Companies in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where his underwriting work includes complex commercial transactions, native lands transactions, and energy project deals in the company's southwest region. Before going into the title insurance business in 2003, Mr. Lucero was in private practice primarily focusing on real estate and business transactions. He is a frequent national and local lecturer and writer on numerous topics related to real estate transactions and title insurance. Mr. Lucero has served on the ABA Board of Governors and serves in the ABA House of Delegates. He also serves as chair of the ABA Council of the Fund for Justice and Education, and on the ABA Senior Lawyers Division Council and the ABA Committee on Scope and Correlation of Work. Mr. Lucero is a former president of the New Mexico Land Title Association and received the 2021 NMLTA Omer Tucker Citizen of the Year Award and the 2022 P.C. Templeton Award for Outstanding Lifetime Achievement. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Attorneys (ACREL), where he serves on its Board of Governors, as chair of the Publications Committee and as secretary of the Title Insurance Committee. Mr. Lucero earned his A.B. degree from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School.

is a partner in the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where he is a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. He has nearly two decades of experience in banking and commercial finance law. In his practice, Mr. Sclichter primarily represents commercial banks and borrowers in a wide range of multi-lender and single lender secured and unsecured financing transactions, including real estate development and construction financing, asset-based lending facilities, acquisition financings, equipment financings, mezzanine financings, and intercreditor and subordination agreements. He also has experience with real estate sales and acquisitions (commercial and residential), including purchase and sales agreements, title insurance matters, inspection issues, transfer tax issues, survey requirements, and leasing issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sclichter was senior counsel at First Niagara Bank. is an attorney at Freeman Lovell, PLLC. He brings more than 25 years of litigation experience in business, real estate, land use, and constitutional law. He has a strong background in litigation, negotiation, mediation, and appellate work across multiple states, federal courts, and administrative tribunals. He has represented business clients in high-stakes disputes involving takings claims, contracts, nondisclosure issues, regulatory compliance, and land use matters. He has also served as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized companies. He has published extensively in legal and policy journals, including the Utah Bar Journal, BYU Journal of Public Law, and Gonzaga Journal of International Law. He has been an invited speaker on topics such as administrative law reform, constitutional theory, and the relationship between law and culture. Recognized as a thought leader, he often writes and speaks on the limits of administrative power and the protection of property rights. He earned his J.D degree from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School and his Master in Law from The George Washington University Law School.
