J. Graves Theus, Jr.
is the managing attorney of Theus Law Offices in Alexandria, Louisiana. He is certified by the Louisiana State Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in tax law, as well as estate planning and administration, and past-president of the Tax Law Advisory Committee of the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Theus is an approved title agent and is accredited by the Veterans Administration to assist veterans with their pension claims. He also has served as a trustee for several community organizations in Alexandria, including the Alexandria Museum of Art, Alexandria Music Project, Arts Council of Central Louisiana, Rapides Symphony Orchestra, Alexandria Country Day School and Tipitina's Foundation Advisory Council. Mr. Theus earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University, his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and his LL.M. degree in tax law from Boston University School of Law.

Bryan J. O'Neill
is an attorney at Derbes Law. He assists clients in a variety of commercial transactional matters, including entity election and startup, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, real estate, as well as general business related matters. Mr. O'Neill also regularly advises clients on the division of retirement plans through Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, as well as end of life matters, such as estate planning, succession administration and litigation. Mr. O'Neill rounds out his practice handling appeals in many venues. He received his B.S. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Mr. O'Neill is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Jefferson Bar Association, and New Orleans Bar Association. He is also a barrister member and program chair of St. Thomas More Loyola Law American Inn of Court. Mr. O'Neill is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

is the owner of Law Office of Bryce Denny, L.L.C., where he primarily practices labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Denny was re-appointed in 2017 to a three-year term on the Louisiana State Bar Labor Law Advisory Commission. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Denny earned his B.A. degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and his J.D. degree from Baylor University.

Kevin Naccari, Jr.
is an associate attorney with Liskow & Lewis, APLC. in the firm's business transactions practice group focusing on tax and corporate law. With a background in accounting, he brings over seven years of experience as a corporate accountant to his legal practice. Mr. Naccari's experience spans a diverse range of businesses, from small-scale restaurants and convenience stores to large health insurance companies and pre-initial public offering retailers. During his time as an accountant, he focused on inventory system design, maintenance, and financial operations optimization. Mr. Naccari earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana State University before receiving his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During his time at Loyola Law, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Carl J. Barbier of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Additionally, Mr. Naccari obtained an LL.M. degree from New York University.

Ryan C. Higgins
is a partner with Gaudy, Ranson, Higgins & Gremillion, LLC. He has over ten years of experience in civil litigation, transactions, and estate planning. Mr. Higgins has first and second chair jury trial experience and has tried several bench trials to verdict. He has represented clients in commercial arbitration proceedings in various jurisdictions. Mr. Higgins is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, including the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in proceedings involving contract and business disputes, personal injury, construction, property damage, labor and employment, zoning and land use, trade secrets, unfair trade practices, administrative law, funeral and cemetery law, successions, and community property. Mr. Higgins' practice involves not only litigation, but also business matters and transactions involving contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, dissolution, collections, and lien rights under the Louisiana Private and Public Works Act. Before joining the firm in 2010, he earned his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he served as print editor of the Journal of Public Interest Law and was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Team. Mr. Higgins is now an active member of the Jefferson Bar Association, having previously served as a director of the Young Lawyers Division. He also volunteers as a steering committee member for the National World War II Museum's Young Benefactors group. Mr. Higgins is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
