Amber N Peters is an attorney in the Charlotte office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. She focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling. Ms. Peters defends employers in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) investigations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) administrative Charges, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, and actions in federal and state courts.
