Andrew L Rochester is a partner with Morgenstern & Rochester, and has been practicing in the field of family law since his admission to the New Jersey bar in 1994. His practice encompasses all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, name changes, drafting pre-nuptial and mid-marriage agreements and step-parent adoptions. Mr. Rochester practices extensively in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties, as well as throughout the state of New Jersey. He is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court. Mr. Rochester has served as a member of the Burlington, Camden and Gloucester County Matrimonial Early Settlement panels. He is an active participant in the Burlington County Bar Association Family Law Committee and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law section. Mr. Rochester has argued extensively before the appellate courts of New Jersey on family law issues and have participated in the several published opinions New Jersey Courts. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law.
