Speaker bio
Stephanie K. Annunziata
is of counsel at McLane Middleton in Manchester, New Hampshire. Her work is focused on navigating clients and their families through conflict before the probate and family divisions. Ms. Annunziata represents clients in contested matters involving trusts, guardianships, divorce, and parenting issues. She also works with adoptive families through the entirety of the adoption process. Ms. Annunziata is the current vice chair of the Hearings Committee of the New Hampshire Attorney Discipline Office. She also provides counsel and direction to attorneys in the application and interpretation of the New Hampshire Rules of Professional Conduct. Ms. Annunziata volunteers for the ABA's Free Legal Answers program and 603 Legal's pro bono representation program. She graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013, with concentrations in family law and litigation. Ms. Annunziata is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Janet L. Gemmell
is the founder and managing member of Cape Fear Family Law, with offices stretching from Durham, NC all the way to the coast in Wilmington and Jacksonville-because family drama doesn't take a vacation just because you live by the beach. She's a board-certified family law specialist who tackles the tough stuff: child custody battles, relocation disputes, dividing up everything from the good china to the questionable art collection (equitable distribution, in lawyer-speak), and sorting out alimony and spousal support. When she's not in court, you'll find her writing for publications, speaking at legal seminars, or managing her firm's YouTube Vlog-proving that even family lawyers can master social media. Ms. Gemmell is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar Family Law Section, the American Bar Association, and The Florida Bar, because networking is almost as important as knowing the law. She earned her J.D. degree from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law - a perfectly respectable academic pedigree for someone who spends her days helping people untangle their lives.

Andrew L. Rochester
is a partner with Morgenstern & Rochester, and has been practicing in the field of family law since his admission to the New Jersey bar in 1994. His practice encompasses all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, name changes, drafting pre-nuptial and mid-marriage agreements and step-parent adoptions. Mr. Rochester practices extensively in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties, as well as throughout the state of New Jersey. He is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court. Mr. Rochester has served as a member of the Burlington, Camden and Gloucester County Matrimonial Early Settlement panels. He is an active participant in the Burlington County Bar Association Family Law Committee and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section. Mr. Rochester has argued extensively before the appellate courts of New Jersey on family law issues and have participated in the several published opinions New Jersey courts. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law.

Tyler Raymond
operates his own practice, Raymond Family Law, LLC in Bridgeport, Connecticut, exclusively practicing in the areas of family and matrimonial law. He has experience handling a wide variety of family and matrimonial cases, including high-conflict custody matters, complex asset distributions, divorces involving bankruptcies and foreclosures and high-income child support matters, to name a few. Mr. Raymond also accepts guardian ad litem appointments, both privately and by court appointment, to represent the best interests of children caught in the middle of custody disputes, and he acts as a divorce mediator and special master. He earned his J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.A. degree from the University of Maine. Mr. Raymond is a member of the American, Connecticut, Greater Bridgeport and Milford bar associations.

Brittani Pelissier
is an associate with the Nahua, New Hampshire office of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. She is a dedicated and compassionate advocate representing clients in workers' compensation and family law matters. Ms. Pelissier assists injured workers through all phases of the claims process, including administrative hearings, settlement negotiations, and appeals. Her family law practice includes divorce, parenting and custody disputes, post-divorce modifications, domestic violence protective orders, and co-parenting challenges. Ms. Pelissier is also a member of Shaheen & Gordon's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, contributing to firm-wide efforts that foster a more inclusive workplace and promote DEI values throughout New Hampshire communities. She is actively involved in the legal community, serving as editor-in-chief of the New Hampshire Association for Justice (NHAJ) Publication, a board member on the NHAJ Board of Governors (Hillsborough South), and clerk for the New Hampshire Bar Association's Family Law Section. Ms. Pelissier is also a member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and American Association for Justice. Originally from Wisconsin, she began her legal career in the midwest before relocating to New Hampshire. Before joining Shaheen & Gordon, Ms. Pelissier worked as a summer associate at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, focusing on litigation and employment law; and as a legal clerk for Molson Coors, where she supported regulatory compliance initiatives. She earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, where she served as comment editor for the Marquette Law Review; and her B.A. degree in political science and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Anthony Sasso
is an attorney with Costello, Brennan, DeVidas, Sasso and Sinclair, P.C., where his practice is devoted exclusively to family law litigation. He represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations matters, including dissolution of marriage, custody and parenting disputes, financial support, and post-judgment proceedings. Attorney Sasso has extensive courtroom experience and has tried numerous dissolution matters, as well as contested pendente lite and post-judgment hearings involving both custody and complex financial issues. He also serves as a Special Master in the Milford and Bridgeport Judicial Districts and is the co-chair of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association Family Law Section. In addition to his practice, Attorney Sasso has served as an adjunct professor at Housatonic Community College. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Alva P. Loiselle Award for excellence in appellate advocacy. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board, where he competed and coached appellate advocacy teams, and was a finalist in the Davis Mock Trial Competition. Attorney Sasso is a State of Connecticut Certified Domestic Violence Counselor.
