April M Zloch is a partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. She focuses on tort litigation, including personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, indoor air quality, chemical exposure, construction defect, premises liability, commercial automobile, trucking, rideshare, and general liability matters. Ms. Zloch's clients range from small, privately-held companies to Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the national defense team for one of the firm's largest self-insured clients. Ms. Zloch handles catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims in commercial automobile, trucking, and rideshare matters on a local, regional, and national basis. Her construction practice involves representing manufacturers and general and trade contractors in complex property damage and personal injury cases nationwide. Ms. Zloch also assists manufacturers and construction companies with pre-suit claims and investigations under Florida's Construction Defects Statute, Chapter 558. She is well-versed in the Florida Building Code, particularly in wind resistance, water intrusion, and mold claims. Ms. Zloch earned her B.A. degree from University of Notre Dame and her J.D. degree from University of Notre Dame Law School.
