Beth A Deragon is an attorney with ClarkDeragon Law PLLC. She focuses her practice on counseling and training businesses on sound employment practices, and defending businesses in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Ms. Deragon's areas of concentration reach across all aspects of the employer/employee relationship and include anti-discrimination training, employment contracts (non-competition, non-solicitation, and independent contractor agreements), wage and hour compliance, severance/separation agreements, investigations, employee handbooks, employee leave issues (FMLA, workers' compensation, short-term and long-term disability) and recruitment through termination and layoffs. She earned her J.D. degree from UNH School of Law and is admitted in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Ms. Deragon earned her M.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK; and her B.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire.
