Beth A. Deragon
is an attorney with ClarkDeragon Law PLLC. She focuses her practice on counseling and training businesses on sound employment practices, and defending businesses in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Ms. Deragon's areas of concentration reach across all aspects of the employer/employee relationship and include anti-discrimination training, employment contracts (non-competition, non-solicitation, and independent contractor agreements), wage and hour compliance, severance/separation agreements, investigations, employee handbooks, employee leave issues (FMLA, workers' compensation, short-term and long-term disability) and recruitment through termination and layoffs. She earned her J.D. degree from UNH School of Law and is admitted in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Ms. Deragon earned her M.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK; and her B.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire. She authors the New Hampshire Chapter of Employment at Will: A State-by-State Survey(First and Second Editions), ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, Bloomberg BNA, 2017. Ms. Deragon was awarded Best Lawyers® and Super Lawyers®: Employment Law-Management.

is the founder of Cann Law, P.C. As an experienced business professional and attorney with a diverse background, she specializes in providing comprehensive legal solutions to organizations and individuals. With a sharp focus on legal compliance, problem resolution, and risk management, Ms. Cann's expertise spans employment law, OSHA and safety, and business law, as well as effective representation at the agency level, in mediation, and in court. She is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, and is a certified data privacy attorney with a foundation in cybersecurity and AI. Formerly of counsel at McLane Middleton, P.A., Ms. Cann established her own practice to better serve clients with personalized, effective legal strategies. Victoria S. Breese
is a labor and employment associate in Foley & Lardner LLP's Boston office. She litigates and counsels on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including union grievances and collective bargaining, discrimination and harassment, occupational health and safety, wage and hour disputes on an individual and class-wide basis, employee classification, trade secret protection, and the enforcement of noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements. Ms. Breese has practiced before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including state fair employment and human rights agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Ms. Breese is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Brian J. Bouchard
is a seasoned litigator at Sheehan Phinney, and counselor with a proven track record of success in labor and employment, real estate, and construction law. His deep understanding of business operations and client-focused approach allow him to provide practical, results-oriented solutions to complex legal challenges. In the labor and employment field particularly, Mr. Bouchard counsels and represents companies through all manner of complexities, from claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations to questions involving employee management, executive contracts, employee mobility, and legal compliance. He also maintains an active litigation docket in the real estate and construction fields, where he adeptly represents developers and individuals through all levels of the land use process, including the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Housing Appeals Board and New Hampshire Supreme Court. Mr. Bouchard's deep understanding of commercial leases has also enabled him to navigate complex negotiations and disputes of commercial property, protecting the interests of both landlords and tenants. Mr. Gould earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Colby College and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University School of Law and was an Editor of the Law Review. When litigation cannot be avoided, Ms. Ballentine represents her client in business and employment-related disputes in the automotive, consumer products and services, finance, real estate, and technology industries. She received her B.S., magna cum laude from Boston University and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ms. Ballentine is a member of the Boston Bar Association and Women's Bar Association.
