Brian T Sinsabaugh is an attorney at Zarin & Steinmetz LLP. He is an experienced land use and zoning attorney who effectively guides clients through various land development matters. Mr. Sinsabaugh focuses his practice on land use and real estate development matters, guiding clients through the land use entitlement process from initial site diligence to ultimate project approval, construction and operation. He also provides valuable counsel on the government and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions, including environmental review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA). Mr. Sinsabaugh is skilled in obtaining incentive packages and real estate financing from local industrial development agencies for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Additionally, he handles a range of real estate transaction matters, such as negotiating purchase and sale agreements, transfer of development rights, zoning opinions and letters, easement agreements and access agreements. Before joining Zarin & Steinmetz, Mr. Sinsabaugh honed his expertise as an associate in the land use and zoning department of a Long Island-based firm and at a Central New York-based firm, focusing on land use and zoning, municipal and real estate law. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College Law in 2013, where he served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Science & Technology Law, and as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Mr. Sinsabaugh earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Clarkson University in 2007 and 2008.
