Jeffrey A. Abrams
is a partner in the law firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, in the firm's real estate & environmental practice group. He represents banks and lending institutions, developers, landlords, tenants, builders, contractors and all types of business owners. Mr. Abrams has represented companies and lenders in documenting different types of transactions, including acquisition and development of land, shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, acquisition of businesses, development loans, construction loans and leases for various property types. He is the author of several articles that have appeared in the Indianapolis Business Journal and has frequently spoken for the International Conference of Shopping Center Law, ICLEF, and National Business Institute. Mr. Abrams is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State bar associations and the American College of Real Estate Attorneys (ACREL). He earned his B.S. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Christopher P. Day
is an attorney at Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, PC. He thrived in representing institutional and private lenders, business entrepreneurs, and investors of real estate. He has experience in drafting, planning and negotiating formation documents, including operating agreements/shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements, as well as helping clients with the many related issues which stem from such business partnerships. he additionally served as in-house counsel to an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment company, which has helped bolster his understanding of the practicalities of owning and managing a business to better serve his clients' needs. He prides himself on clear and regular communication with his clients to better comprehend the specific needs of their enterprise. He attended the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2010. He then obtained his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration in 2015 from Georgia State University.

Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. He has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing; and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets and intellectual property cases. He also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

is an attorney with Wilmer & Lee in Decatur, Alabama. He has over 30 years of legal experience, primarily focusing on trusts and estates, real estate, corporate law, and trial advocacy. Mr. Massengale earned his J.D. degree from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Massengale also holds a license with the Alabama Real Estate Commission as a Realtor. He frequently speaks at seminars for various communities and serves as a board member for NewLife Behavior Prison Ministry.

Brian T. Sinsabaugh
is an attorney at Zarin & Steinmetz LLP. He is an experienced land use and zoning attorney who effectively guides clients through various land development matters. Mr. Sinsabaugh focuses his practice on land use and real estate development matters, guiding clients through the land use entitlement process from initial site diligence to ultimate project approval, construction and operation. He also provides valuable counsel on the government and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions, including environmental review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA). Mr. Sinsabaugh is skilled in obtaining incentive packages and real estate financing from local industrial development agencies for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Additionally, he handles a range of real estate transaction matters, such as negotiating purchase and sale agreements, transfer of development rights, zoning opinions and letters, easement agreements and access agreements. Before joining Zarin & Steinmetz, Mr. Sinsabaugh honed his expertise as an associate in the land use and zoning department of a Long Island-based firm and at a Central New York-based firm, focusing on land use and zoning, municipal and real estate law. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College Law in 2013, where he served as executive editor for the Journal of Science & Technology Law, and as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Mr. Sinsabaugh earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Clarkson University in 2007 and 2008.
