Brittani Pelissier is an associate with the Nahua, New Hampshire office of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. She is a dedicated and compassionate advocate representing clients in workers' compensation and family law matters. Ms. Pelissier assists injured workers through all phases of the claims process, including administrative hearings, settlement negotiations, and appeals. Her family law practice includes divorce, parenting and custody disputes, post-divorce modifications, domestic violence protective orders, and co-parenting challenges. Ms. Pelissier is also a member of Shaheen & Gordon's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, contributing to firm-wide efforts that foster a more inclusive workplace and promote DEI values throughout New Hampshire communities. She is actively involved in the legal community, serving as editor-in-chief of the New Hampshire Association for Justice (NHAJ) Publication, a board member on the NHAJ Board of Governors (Hillsborough South), and clerk for the New Hampshire Bar Association's Family Law Section. Ms. Pelissier is also a member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and American Association for Justice. Originally from Wisconsin, she began her legal career in the midwest before relocating to New Hampshire. Before joining Shaheen & Gordon, Ms. Pelissier worked as a summer associate at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, focusing on litigation and employment law; and as a legal clerk for Molson Coors, where she supported regulatory compliance initiatives. She earned her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, where she served as comment editor for the Marquette Law Review; and her B.A. degree in political science and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
