Bryce Kessler is an associate in Dickinson Wright's Phoenix office. He has experience in real estate law, including tax lien foreclosures, easements, and property damage, as well as a wide array of other areas of litigation involving personal injury, dram shop liability, breach of contract, partnership agreements, defamation, tortious interference with business relationships, construction defect, mechanics liens, employment law, and products liability. Mr. Kessler presented arguments to the Arizona Supreme Court on behalf of tax lien holders regarding Arizona's statutory pre-litigation notice requirements to tax lien foreclosure lawsuits and obtained a favorable unanimous decision, vacating the adverse ruling of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He also successfully represented judgment creditors in dismissing various lawsuits in which judgment debtors sought to set aside Sheriff's Sales and recover damages against the judgment creditors. Mr. Kessler earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where we received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. He is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona.
