Carol S Harding is a trial attorney at Earp Cohn P.C. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She maintains a broad-based litigation practice in which she has represented businesses, public entities, and individuals at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Ms. Harding's experience includes complex commercial disputes, employment law, defense of claims against public entities, disability income insurance law, environmental litigation, trust and estate litigation, and consumer fraud actions. She also serves as an arbitrator in employment law matters. Before joining Earp Cohn P.C., Ms. Harding served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn Jr., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from LaSalle University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University Law School. Ms. Harding is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section), Camden County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, New Jersey Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
