Catherine D Arlowe is counsel at McCoy Leavitt Laskey, where she brings years of civil litigation experience. She was in private practice for twelve years before joining the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, where she spent the last 11 years as a judicial law clerk. Mr. Arlowe's experience with the court afforded her an invaluable inside-look at the judicial process and judicial decision-making. While in private practice, she focused on the areas of product liability, personal injury, negligence, construction defect litigation, and general insurance defense litigation. Ms. Arlowe also worked for the City of Albuquerque where she defended individual law enforcement officers accused of civil rights violations and gained significant jury trial experience. She earned her B.A. degree from University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from New York Law School. Ms. Arlowe is admitted to practice in New Mexico, U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
