Ms. Arlowe was in private practice for twelve years before joining the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico where she spent the last 11 years as a judicial law clerk. Her experience with the court afforded her an invaluable inside-look at the judicial process and judicial decision-making. While in private practice, Ms. Arlowe focused on the areas of product liability, personal injury, negligence, construction defect litigation, and general insurance defense litigation. She also worked for the City of Albuquerque where she defended individual law enforcement officers accused of civil rights violations and gained significant jury trial experience. Ms. Arlowe earned her B.A. degree from University of New Mexico, and her J.D. degree from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice in New Mexico, U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
