Cullen D Seltzer is a shareholder with Sands Anderson PC, where he is a member of the Business and Professional Litigation and the Government Groups. His practice focuses on litigation matters, including commercial disputes, defense of government officials and agencies in civil rights and related matters, business torts, including defamation and tortious interference with business affairs. Mr. Seltzer represents businesses and individuals in white collar criminal defense matters and government investigations. He also litigates trust and estate disputes and related claims. Mr. Steltzer is a member of the John Marshall Inn of Court (Past President), Richmond Bar Association, Virginia State Bar (past chair of the Third District Committee for Lawyer Discipline). He is a past member of the faculty of the Virginia State Bar's Carrico Professionalism Course, and he is an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond School of Law. Mr. Steltzer earned his B.A. degree from Mary Washington College and J.D. degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.
