Daniel L Marks is an attorney with PSGM Law. His practice focuses on employment litigation, human resource issues, and corporate matters. Mr. Marks regularly represents and advises employers in matters involving the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Arizona Civil Rights Division,National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, business disputes, workplace torts, and options and investigations regarding employee complaints. His business and corporate practice includes entity formation, preparation of buy-sell agreements, commercial litigation matters, breach of fiduciary duty claims, real estate disputes, and registering, maintaining, and protecting intellectual property protections on a state and federal level. Mr. Marks earned his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. At Nebraska, he was published by the Nebraska Law Review Bulletin and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Pretrial Litigation, Remedies & Damages and Criminal Procedure. Mr. Marks was a member of the law school's national trial team, a finalist in the law school's first-year client counseling competition and a semi-finalist in the school's Grether moot court competition. Because of his contributions to the law school's advocacy programs, he was admitted to The Order of Barristers. Mr. Marks earned his B.A. degree in history, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
