Daniel L. Marks
is an attorney with PSGM Law. His practice focuses on employment litigation, human resource issues, and corporate matters. Mr. Marks regularly represents and advises employers in matters involving the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Arizona Civil Rights Division, National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, business disputes, workplace torts, and options and investigations regarding employee complaints. His business and corporate practice includes entity formation, preparation of buy-sell agreements, commercial litigation matters, breach of fiduciary duty claims, real estate disputes, and registering, maintaining, and protecting intellectual property protections on a state and federal level. Mr. Marks earned his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. At Nebraska, he was published by the Nebraska Law Review Bulletin and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in pretrial litigation, remedies and damages, and criminal procedure. Mr. Marks was a member of the law school's national trial team, a finalist in the law school's first-year client counseling competition and a semi-finalist in the school's Grether moot court competition. Because of his contributions to the law school's advocacy programs, he was admitted to The Order of Barristers. Mr. Marks earned his B.A. degree in history, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.

Jennifer L. Sellers
is a senior member with The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona, where her practice focuses on employment and labor law. She provides counseling to employers in both the transactional and litigation arenas of employment and labor law. Ms. Sellers offers advice on hiring, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, severance agreements, employee manuals, compensation, benefits, investigations and terminations. She also represents clients in a wide variety of employment litigation matters which involve the ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Service Contract Act and the NLRA. Ms. Sellers also handles issues involving ERISA matters and involving the Affordable Health Care Act and addresses the changes and options it presents to companies. In 2014 and 2015, she was recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a Southwest Rising Star in employer and labor law. Ms. Sellers earned her B.B.A. and B.A. degrees, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University; and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University.

Alejandro Pérez
is a partner at Pierson Ferdinand LLP. He defends employers of all sizes against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, unfair labor practice charges, and other claims arising out of the employment relationship. Mr. Perez also represents employers in disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets, and breaches restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, and other contractually-based claims. He also advises and defends clients in various industries on matters involving disability access under Title III of the ADA. Mr. Perez regularly advises clients on how pending legislation and administrative rules will impact his clients and their workforces, and has experience in governmental relations. He has assisted client with international employment law issues and assisting employers with employment and labor issues that arise during mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Perez earned his B.A. degree from University of the Incarnate Word and his J.D. degree from Phoenix School of Law.

is an equity partner with Udall Shumway, practicing in debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy, education law, commercial litigation, labor and employment, and sports and entertainment. He earned his B.A. degree from Washington State University and his J.D. degree from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. Mr. Enger is admitted to practice in Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona District Court, Washington State Supreme Court, and Eastern and Western districts of Washington.

Kate Merolo
is a partner with CHDB Law, LLP where her extensive legal career is dedicated to Arizona's community associations and condominiums. With a comprehensive practice encompassing community association, condominium, intellectual property, employment law, and insurance defense matters, she serves association, non-profit, and business clients. Ms. Merolo graduated, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2009 and summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in justice studies from Arizona State University in 2005. While at Loyola University New Orleans, she was a member of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity. Ms. Merolo is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is admitted to practice in Arizona, Florida and the U.S. District Court, Arizona.

is a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in the Phoenix office and is a member of the Class Action & Mass Tort, Labor & Employment, and Professional Liability Practices. She also serves as vice-chair of the Class Action Practice. She joined Lewis Brisbois' Phoenix Office in 2019, bringing over 20 years of litigation experience in class actions, employment law, and other complex and commercial litigation. Ms. Honecker earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Carthage College and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Litigation. Ms. Honecker is admitted to practice in Arizona, United States District Court for the District of Arizona, United States District Court for the District of Colorado, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
