Dustin Goldberger is an attorney at Margulis Gelfand, where his practice focuses on civil litigation and criminal defense. A former state prosecutor and experienced civil litigator, Mr. Goldberger is a passionate advocate who provides zealous representation both in and out of the courtroom. He graduated with honors from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. After college, he worked for one of the nation’s largest corporations, collaborating with state and federal law enforcement to investigate and prosecute theft and fraud. Mr. Goldberger later earned his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. Louis University Journal, served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program, and competed on the trial advocacy team. Following law school, he began his legal career at the City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office, where he served as a first-chair prosecuting attorney in numerous felony jury trials. Mr. Goldberger then transitioned to private practice, where he continues to pursue the best possible outcomes for clients facing serious criminal charges, accusations of professional misconduct, or civil litigation in state and federal court. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.
