Justin K. Gelfand
is a partner in the law firm of Margulis Gelfand, LLC where he focuses his practice on criminal defense, white collar matters, internal investigations, tax controversy, and sophisticated civil litigation. His clients have included elected officials, attorneys, current and former law enforcement officers, former prosecutors, doctors, large and small businesses, a university, religious leaders, and hardworking individuals from all walks of life. Mr. Gelfand is a former federal prosecutor with extensive experience in high stakes litigation. He joined the U.S. Department of Justice in 2009 through the Attorney General's Honors Program and was assigned to the Tax Division's Southern Criminal Enforcement Section. As a prosecutor, Mr. Gelfand first-chaired 13 federal fraud jury trials and numerous federal bench trials, winning all of them. He spearheaded more than 50 financial fraud grand jury investigations and represented the United States before federal courts of appeal with a 100% success rate. Mr. Gelfand routinely presents continuing education to attorneys and accountants throughout the country on cutting-edge legal issues and has served as an adjunct professor of law at Washington University in St. Louis. He earned his B.A. degree, with high honors, from Brandeis University and his J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.

Anthony L. Gosserand
is a partner in the law firm of Van Osdol PC, where he practices in the areas of civil trial practice, appellate practice and real estate litigation. He has lectured to attorneys on litigation and trial practice issues. Mr. Gosserand earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Adam Miller
is a co-chair of the environmental and toxic tort litigation practice group at Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. He has a national trial practice focusing on toxic tort, environmental, product liability and commercial disputes. Mr. Miller has tried and litigated numerous toxic tort, product liability, and environmental tort liability cases. As co-chair of Shook, Hardy & Bacon's Toxic Tort and Environmental Liability practice groups, he represents clients in the chemical and product manufacturing sectors around the country. Mr. Miller represents clients in civil jury trials including class actions in federal and state courts around the country, as well as in high-stakes environmental disputes. He earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from University in St. Louis School of Law.

Tyler Schwettman
is an attorney at Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. He focuses his practice on the defense of environmental and toxic tort matters. Mr. Schwettman has experience with a wide variety of litigation matters including product liability, premises liability, business and commercial litigation, and toxic tort and environmental litigation. Along with his trial practice, he has maintained an active appellate practice, in which he has represented clients in state and federal appellate courts in both Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Schwettman earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Southeast Missouri State University and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Katherine Landfried
is an attorney with Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. She is a distinguished litigator specializing in the defense of environmental, toxic tort, and complex product liability cases. With a keen expertise in high-stakes litigation, Ms. Landfried adeptly navigates every phase of the legal process; whether in federal or state court. Her comprehensive approach encompasses everything from initial pleadings to depositions, discovery, motion practice and trial. Ms. Landfried earned her B.S. degree from McKendree University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Dustin Goldberger
is an attorney at Margulis Gelfand, where his practice focuses on civil litigation and criminal defense. A former state prosecutor and experienced civil litigator, Mr. Goldberger is a passionate advocate who provides zealous representation both in and out of the courtroom. He graduated with honors from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. After college, he worked for one of the nation’s largest corporations, collaborating with state and federal law enforcement to investigate and prosecute theft and fraud. Mr. Goldberger later earned his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. Louis University Journal, served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program, and competed on the trial advocacy team. Following law school, he began his legal career at the City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office, where he served as a first-chair prosecuting attorney in numerous felony jury trials. Mr. Goldberger then transitioned to private practice, where he continues to pursue the best possible outcomes for clients facing serious criminal charges, accusations of professional misconduct, or civil litigation in state and federal court. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Illinois.
