Emily McCulloch is an attorney with Browning Kaleczyc Berry & Hoven's Missoula, Montana office. Her legal practice is focused on workers' compensation, employment defense and counseling, insurance defense, and general litigation. Much of Emily's practice is devoted to representing employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation defense matters. She also assists employers with understanding a wide variety of state and federal employment laws, including matters related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Emily's employment defense and counseling practice also includes defending the interests of companies in connection with employment-related claims, including those involving alleged breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other matters. She also helps employers understand and take proactive measures designed to minimize or avoid litigation. In addition, Emily helps defend the interests of insurance companies and their insureds in healthcare and employment matters. She advises healthcare providers in corporate matters and policy advice. Emily graduated from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana with Pro Bono honors and a joint degree in Masters of Public Administration. She received the Edward A. Cremer Award for best research paper in the field of Environmental Law and the Paul Raffery Memorial Award for exceptional dedication and diligence during her clinical work with the Veteran's Advocacy Clinic.
