Erin Aronson is a shareholder with Eastburn & Gray PC in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She handles employment matters on behalf of both employers and employees, including claims of workplace discrimination on the basis of sex, race, ethnicity, or disability, which arise under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA). In addition, Ms. Aronson advises clients regarding issues related to the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act and Wage Payment and Collection Law. She regularly negotiates and prepares employment contracts and severance agreements on behalf of both employers and employees. Ms. Aronson is a member of the Education and School Law practice group, in which she advises clients regarding a wide array of issues, including school discipline, students' Constitutional rights, and special education matters under both Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA). Additionally, she handles all aspects of special education due process hearings. Ms. Aronson also advises clients regarding the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, and has successfully argued on appeal before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association  and the Bucks County Bar Association (Women's Lawyer Division and the Young Lawyers Division, member). Ms. Aronson earned her B.A. degree from University of Delaware and her J,D. degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.
