G. Bethany Ingle is a shareholder with Littler Mendelson P.C., where she represents employers in a wide variety of employment law matters. Her experience includes litigation and advice to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws addressing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as workers’ compensation. Ms. Ingle often defends charges of discrimination before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC),  Maryland Commission on Civil Rights, and various local agencies. She often counsels employers in the retail, manufacturing, transportation, and technology industries, but enjoys working with clients in all industries. Ms. Ingle earned her B.A. degree from College of William & Mary and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Richmond School of Law. During law school, she interned with the EEOC, held leadership positions on the Moot Court Board, and was a manuscripts editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest. Ms. Ingle is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association and Maryland State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and Maryland; U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Virginia; U.S. District Court, District of Maryland; U.S. District Court, District of Columbia; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit.
