Clarissa K. Pintado
is an attorney with O'Hagan Meyer in the firm's Chicago office. Her practice includes representation of clients in employment and commercial disputes. Ms. Pintado regularly litigates cases involving allegations of discrimination and retaliation, defamation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and other business torts. She has successfully litigated cases in both state and federal courts and is well-versed in negotiations, mediation, and arbitration, including JAMS and the International Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Pintado counsels employers on a variety of employment matters, focusing on mitigating risks and achieving efficient resolutions. She clerked for the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria in Virginia, serving the Hon. Lisa Bondareff Kemler, Chief Judge; Hon. Nolan B. Dawkins (Ret.); and Hon. James C. Clark, Presiding Judge. Ms. Pintado earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from American University; her J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law; and her M.A. degree from American University. In law school, she was a member of the Executive Board of the International Law Review and the lead editor of its Human Rights and Humanitarian Law Book, published in both Spanish and English. Ms. Pintado also managed the South Sudan program for the Public International Law and Policy Group, traveling to South Sudan to work with civil society leaders in their efforts to draft a permanent constitution. She has served as president of the Alexandria Bar Foundation and on the Executive Board of the Alexandria Bar Association. Ms. Pintado is admitted to practice in Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Virginia, Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts Virginia and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Christy E. Kiely
is a partner with Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She routinely provides guidance on legal matters related to data analytics, including OFCCP audit defense, pay equity analysis, adverse impact analysis, affirmative action compliance, DE&I analysis, and reduction in force analysis. Ms. Kiely has substantial experience conducting sophisticated, proactive equal pay analyses, as well as targeted analyses to respond to compensation claims. She represents employers in connection with discrimination, harassment, denial-of-benefits, defamation, wrongful discharge, and other claims in front of the EEOC and state and federal courts, and also has significant experience with #MeToo investigations, including sensitive, high-level scenarios. She has litigated under all the major federal employment laws, such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, and USERRA, and advises employers on risk-reducing strategies. Additionally, Ms. Kiely regularly assists companies in drafting, negotiating, and analyzing employment contracts, severance contracts, and non-compete agreements. She earned her B.A. degree in English and psychology from College of William and Mary and her J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law. Ms. Kiely is admitted to practice in District of Columbia and Virginia; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Virginia.

Heather K. Bardot
is a principal of McGavin, Boyce, Bardot, Thorsen & Katz, P.C. She litigates in Virginia and Maryland state and federal courts. Ms. Bardot focuses her practice on local government, municipality, employment, land use, and worker's compensation law. She earned her B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of Virginia and her J.D. degree (editor-in-chief, Law Review, 1993-1994/ Dean's Scholar, 1993-1994) from George Mason University School of Law. G. Bethany Ingle
is a shareholder with Littler Mendelson P.C., where she represents employers in a wide variety of employment law matters. Her experience includes litigation and advice to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws addressing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as workers’ compensation. Ms. Ingle often defends charges of discrimination before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Maryland Commission on Civil Rights, and various local agencies. She often counsels employers in the retail, manufacturing, transportation, and technology industries, but enjoys working with clients in all industries. Ms. Ingle earned her B.A. degree from College of William & Mary and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Richmond School of Law. During law school, she interned with the EEOC, held leadership positions on the Moot Court Board, and was a manuscripts editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest. Ms. Ingle is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association and Maryland State Bar Association. Giovanni D. Antonucci Di Cesare
is a partner with Pierson Ferdinand LLP, focusing his practice on labor and employment, immigration, and business matters. He has significant experience representing businesses, non-profit organizations, and institutions in single-plaintiff, collective action, and class action litigation that relates to labor, employment, and business claims before administrative agencies, courts, appellate courts, and arbitrators. Mr. Antonucci Di Cesare has developed a deep expertise with respect to ICE I-9 Audits, DOL Wage and Hour, and DOL LCA Audits, as well as discrimination, governance, and compliance investigations. As part of his counseling, he drafts and advises on a wide range of agreements, policies, and protocols for employers, such as executive agreements, handbooks, and labor supply protocols. In the context of labor, Mr. Antonucci Di Cesare also represents employers in connection with collective bargaining agreements and charges of unfair labor practices. He also complements his practice by representing employers with respect to a variety of employment authorization matters and obtaining various employment-based visas. Mr. Antonucci Di Cesare collaborates with employers to identify how they can attract, can employ, and can retain foreign talent to meet their business and operational needs. To that end, he secures employment-based non-immigrant (H-1B, TN, L, O, P, R, etc.) and immigrant visas (EB-1 – EB-5) for employers, obtains National Interest Waivers and J-1 Waivers, oversees the PERM Process to completion, and, where necessary, addresses and overcomes Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny. Furthermore, Mr. Antonucci Di Cesare advocates for employers and beneficiaries before the USCIS, AAO, DOL, CBP, and DOS with respect to immigration matters. As part of his practice, he represents and advises businesses and non-profit organizations in connection with their formation, dissolution, and reorganization; governance matters; and commercial transactions. Mr. Antonucci Di Cesare serves as a professor at Duquense University where he teaches Conflict Resolution. Ian Dickinson
is of counsel with Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where he guides clients in employment and commercial litigation matters through all phases of a dispute, from pre litigation settlement discussions to appeals. His specific experience includes shareholder's derivative lawsuits, employment discrimination cases, contract enforcement, and business dissolution disputes. Mr. Dickinson has represented businesses from across the United States and Europe, and he works collaboratively with his clients in each case to ensure that the stakeholders he represents have a voice in their dispute. He also advises businesses in handling EEOC investigations and benefits questions. In addition to his employment and commercial litigation practice, Mr. Dickinson broader work includes matters involving gaming law (counseling clients on regulatory requirements and litigating gaming disputes), antitrust (litigation and counseling), and ERISA litigation, including class actions. This range of experience enables him to provide comprehensive representation across diverse areas of law. Mr. Dickinson earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, contributing editor, Michigan Journal of International Law from University of Michigan Law School.
