Hannah Wurgaft is an associate at Brann & Isaacson. Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, municipal law, and litigation. Ms. Wurgaft provides advice to employers on day-to-day workplace issues and represents employers before the Maine Human Rights Commission, and in state and federal court. She also counsels school districts on student matters before the Department of Education and the Office of Civil Rights, and handles special education due process proceedings and complaint investigations. As a trained and certified Title IX investigator through ATIXA, Ms. Wurgaft is well-equipped to supervise and perform Title IX investigations. She earned her B.A. degree from Bowdoin College and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Maine School of Law.
