Ian Dickinson is of counsel with Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where he guides clients in employment and commercial litigation matters through all phases of a dispute, from pre litigation settlement discussions to appeals. His specific experience includes shareholder's derivative lawsuits, employment discrimination cases, contract enforcement, and business dissolution disputes.
