Jacqueline A Dansak is a member of the corporate and business practice group, where she delivers comprehensive legal services to support businesses at every stage of growth. Her practice focuses on contract law, including the thoughtful drafting and negotiation of a wide range of agreements to safeguard clients’ interests and promote clarity in business relationships. Ms. Dansak counsels entrepreneurs on company formation and structure, helping them choose and establish the right entity to meet their goals. She also has significant experience guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, from strategic planning and due diligence to closing. In addition, Ms. Dansak advises on corporate governance matters, helping businesses stay compliant and aligned with best practices as they evolve. She is also an adjunct at Temple Law School, where she teaches a course called Lawyering for Entrepreneurship. Ms. Dansak earned her B.A. degree from Drexel University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
