Evan W. Davis
brings a wealth of experience and skill to his role leading Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC's gaming and sports practice. He represents individuals and entities in all aspects of gaming and sports wagering law across numerous U.S. jurisdictions. His practice includes handling commercial partnerships, market access agreements, and licensing deals, as well as ensuring compliance with gaming regulations throughout the United States. Mr. Davis advises on structuring deals to minimize gaming regulatory risks and compliance issues, addresses prospective regulatory issues for new technologies in the sports wagering space, and offers general corporate, commercial, and other legal services for sports organizations, international companies looking to enter the U.S. market, and smaller, growth-focused gaming-adjacent companies. As vice president and deputy general counsel at Penn Entertainment, Inc. (formerly Penn National Gaming, Inc.) (NASDAQ: PENN), he navigated the intricate legal landscape of the gaming industry, overseeing critical legal matters and negotiating complex agreements across multiple jurisdictions for the nation’s largest regional gaming operator. His tenure at Penn Entertainment saw him lead pivotal initiatives, including commercial partnerships, master lease agreements, and the management of high-stakes litigation for a publicly traded company. Previously, Mr. Davis served as vice president and general counsel for Rivers Casino Philadelphia, where he oversaw all legal matters for a company with over $300 million in annual gaming revenues, and served as one of the key executives spearheading the company’s launch of sports wagering. He earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Jacqueline A. Dansak
is a member of the corporate and business practice group at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, where she delivers comprehensive legal services to support businesses at every stage of growth. Her practice focuses on contract law, including the thoughtful drafting and negotiation of a wide range of agreements to safeguard clients’ interests and promote clarity in business relationships. Ms. Dansak counsels entrepreneurs on company formation and structure, helping them choose and establish the right entity to meet their goals. She also has significant experience guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, from strategic planning and due diligence to closing. In addition, Ms. Dansak advises on corporate governance matters, helping businesses stay compliant and aligned with best practices as they evolve. She is also an adjunct at Temple Law School, where she teaches a course called Lawyering for Entrepreneurship. Ms. Dansak earned her B.A. degree from Drexel University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Yuanyou Yang
is admitted to practice in both the U.S. and the People's Republic of China. She is a corporate attorney with Frost Brown Todd LLP who focuses on international business matters and trade. Ms. Yang represents Chinese and other foreign entities doing business in the U.S. and U.S. entities pursuing investments and operating overseas with a focus of China. A large portion of her practice focuses on assisting international companies doing business in the U.S. As a native Chinese speaker with over a decade of experience practicing in the U.S., Ms. Yang strategically applies a multicultural skill set to help her clients successfully achieve their goals. She serves as outside general counsel for dozens of domestic and international companies in the U.S. and works with them daily to support their internal and external legal needs. This general counsel work includes market entry, corporate governance, contract negotiations, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, employment, IP strategy, import-export matters, immigration, government investigations and domestic and cross-border litigations and arbitrations. Sunny has successfully represented clients in complex U.S.-China cross-border litigation and arbitration, including claims involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, product liability and IP infringement. She additionally supports clients with estate planning matters, focusing on advising corporate executives planning for the purchase of U.S. property by non-U.S. persons, transferring and protecting assets and wealth, and strategizing business succession planning. Sunny is experienced in complex international trade matters, including export control and sanctions, customs, Section 301 and other trade remedy matters. She advises clients on export control matters and assists clients with internal export control compliance programs and investigations, including issues related to the Export Administration Regulations, the Entity List administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and the SDN List administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Ms. Yang also advises clients on country-of-origin determination, product exclusion, and supply chain strategic analysis, which is crucial for companies' industrial chain layouts during the China-US trade war. Jared M. DeBona
is an associate with the Pittsburgh office of Dentons in the litigation and dispute resolution group. He represents publicly traded corporations, mid-size companies, local small businesses, and other entities in state and federal courts across the country, in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. DeBona's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including commercial contract, tort, and statutory claims, intellectual property and trade secret disputes, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and other employment-related issues, and allegations of unfair business practices. Additionally, he has experience representing financial industry clients in class actions and other complex matters involving vehicle finance, consumer protection claims, credit card processing services, Ponzi-related claims, and mortgage lending and servicing. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeBona was a litigation associate at AmLaw 100 firms in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. He has represented clients in preliminary injunction hearings, bench trials, appellate arguments, and other court proceedings. Mr. DeBona also has extensive experience in all aspects of fact and expert discovery, including e-discovery, and is well-versed in the use of technology in adversary proceedings. Laura A. Drake
is an associate with Dentons' litigation and dispute resolution practice group with a strong foundation in legal research and case preparation. While in law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Laura served as senior research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was a leader in various legal and philanthropic initiatives. Ms. Drake's previous work as a legal intern involved substantial contributions to a multimillion-dollar medical malpractice trial and the drafting of critical legal documents. She has also served as a legal analysis and writing research assistant at Pitt Law, where she developed essential case law research materials. Prior to joining the Dentons, Ms. Drake was a summer associate at Dentons Cohen & Grigsby, and previously served as a teaching assistant and research assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

is an attorney of counsel with Nalli, Elias & Associates, P.C. Michael J. Duffy
advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and other key commercial transactions at Saul Ewing LLP. His representations include work for clients who are selling businesses and buyers who are seeking investment opportunities, including private equity-backed ventures. Mr. Duffy also assists clients with debt and equity financings, investment fund formations and private placement offerings under Regulation D. Stephen G. Bresset
is a partner with Bresset & Santora, LLC, where he has practiced commercial and bankruptcy law and litigation throughout Pennsylvania and the region for more than 30 years. During his time in practice, Mr. Bresset has represented debtors in more than 50 Chapter 11 proceedings in Pennsylvania; as well as creditors, creditor committees, and trustees at virtually every level of bankruptcy proceedings, and debtors in more than 1,000 Chapter 7 proceedings. He is admitted to the state courts of Pennsylvania, the three U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania, the three bankruptcy courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bresset has always been an active member of his community and the bar associations of which he is a member.
