Jacquelyn Hughes is an attorney with Hughes Law, in Billings, where she practices in the areas of automobile accidents, wrongful death/survivorship, Federal Employer Liability Act, ERISA, Consumer Protection Act, workers' compensation, insurance disputes, construction malpractice, breach of contract litigation, slip and fall/premises liability, and criminal law. She is licensed to practice law in Montana and North Dakota. Ms. Hughes earned her B.S. degree from Montana State University in Bozeman and her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in Missoula. Upon graduating from law school, she worked in a civil defense firm where she represented numerous corporations in defending against personal injury claims. With the knowledge and experience gained in working for large corporations, she opened Hughes Law in 2010. She has served as a judge pro tem for the Billings Municipal Court since 2011 and sits on the COR Enterprises Board of Directors. Ms. Hughes has also served in the Montana Army National Guard.
