Lauren M. Ayoub
is an attorney in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Ms. Ayoub is a member of the firm's litigation practice group. She represents employers in various employment law and labor matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and CADA. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Ayoub practiced in Grand Rapids, Michigan at a boutique litigation firm where she focused her skills on employment law and defending clients in commercial and business litigation matters. She is admitted to practice in Michigan, Colorado and Montana.

Roger G. Trim
is a principal in and office litigation manager of the Denver, Colorado office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents and counsels employers on the full range of employment matters including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and noncompete cases. No matter the forum, and whether single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff or pattern and practice class actions, Mr. Trim has successfully defended employers in litigation involving Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, Family Medical and Leave Act, Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, Colorado Wage Claim Act, Montana Wrongful Discharge from Employment Act, and 42 U.S.C. 1981 claims. His litigation experience extends to administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Colorado Civil Rights Division, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, National Labor Relations Board and U.S. Department of Labor as well as with alternative dispute resolution and traditional labor arbitration proceedings. Mr. Trim earned his B.B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, and the Montana Bar Association. Robert L. Sterup
is an attorney with Brown Law Firm, P.C., where he practices as a commercial litigator. He has been lead counsel in more than 20 jury trials in Montana State and Federal District courts and Federal courts in other states. He has successfully represented clients before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Montana Bankruptcy court, and has been lead counsel in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in more than a dozen cases. Mr. Sterup has represented clients in a variety of high stakes commercial litigation cases, including electrical and wind power generation, oil and gas litigation, and state and federal tax disputes, in Montana, Colorado, Nevada, North Dakota and Wyoming, and has also tried numerous administrative appeals before Montana state agencies. Mr. Sterup is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and was selected by his peers to be included in the Best Lawyers In America, the American Lawyer/Corporate Counsel Top Lawyers, and selected by his peers as a Mountain States Super Lawyer for the years 2007-2012, 2014-2019 in the area of general litigation. He is a member of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association and Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association.

Ernest H. Kohlmyer, III
is a shareholder with Zimmerman, Kiser & Sutcliffe, P.A.. With nearly 30 years in the legal profession, Mr. Kohlmyer leads a broad commercial practice, focusing on defending corporations and individuals in federal and state courts. His extensive experience in commercial litigation involves complex contract disputes, legal and regulatory compliance, and consumer protection matters. Mr. Kohlmyer is notably recognized for his work on cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including serving as appellate counsel for two landmark TCPA decisions in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kohlmyer is licensed in six states and represents clients in Florida, Georgia, New York, and the western states of Utah, Montana, and Wyoming. He provides comprehensive legal guidance on commercial disputes, real estate, land use, and international business law. Mr. Kohlmyer earned his LL.M. in global antitrust and economics from George Mason University, LL.M. in transnational commercial practice from Lazarski University, and J.D. degree from University of Dayton School of Law.

R. Jack Clapp
is an attorney with Clapp Law LLC in Polson, Montana. He has more than 30 years of experience practicing law, and is admitted to practice in Montana, Oregon, and Ohio. Mr. Clapp has previous lecture experience teaching at Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and has also lectured for National Business Institute on trial tactics. He has tried more than 150 cases through to verdict, and served on numerous steering committees in multi-district litigation cases. Mr. Clapp is a member of the American Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Sarah M. Clerget
is of counsel and government affairs director at Holland & Hart LLP in Billings, Montana. Her practice focuses on Montana government affairs, environmental litigation, federal lands permitting. Ms. Clerget leverages insider knowledge of how business is done with Montana government to help companies navigate regulatory, policy, and litigation issues. Drawing on relationships with legislators, elected and appointed officials, government agencies and directors, private interest groups, and industry leaders, she knows what issues are on the horizon and provides access to key decision makers. Ms. Clerget helps clients anticipate legislative, policy, and political developments that may affect their business interests and proactively develop strategies ranging from up-front liaison and advocacy, engagement on regulatory initiatives and rulemakings, drafting legislation, and lobbying. She has extensive experience handing complex, high-profile civil litigation in all levels of state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. As assistant attorney general in Montana's Department of Justice, Ms. Clerget managed the litigation needs of 42 state agencies and presided over state agencies as a hearing examiner (ALJ). She also served as agency in-house litigation counsel for the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and as chief legal counsel to the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks. Ms. Clerget served as a law clerk for Magistrate Judge Carolyn S. Ostby of the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana. Ms. Clerget earned her J.D. degree at University of Colorado Law School.

Jacquelyn Hughes
is an attorney with Hughes Law, in Billings, where she practices in the areas of automobile accidents, wrongful death/survivorship, Federal Employer Liability Act, ERISA, Consumer Protection Act, workers' compensation, insurance disputes, construction malpractice, breach of contract litigation, slip and fall/premises liability, and criminal law. She is licensed to practice law in Montana and North Dakota. Ms. Hughes earned her B.S. degree from Montana State University in Bozeman and her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in Missoula. Upon graduating from law school, she worked in a civil defense firm where she represented numerous corporations in defending against personal injury claims. With the knowledge and experience gained in working for large corporations, she opened Hughes Law in 2010. She has served as a judge pro tem for the Billings Municipal Court since 2011 and sits on the COR Enterprises Board of Directors. Ms. Hughes has also served in the Montana Army National Guard.

is a partner with Morrison, Sherwood, Wilson, and Deola in Helena, Montana. He has spent the last decade representing hundreds of clients in divorces, consumer cases, property disputes, personal injury claims, wrongful discharge from employment, criminal cases, foreclosure defense and other matters. Brian has tried numerous cases to juries all across the state of Montana. He also handles a wide variety of other matters including, wills, trusts, estates, guardianships, small business planning, and medical marijuana compliance. Brian earned his B.A. in Philosophy at Emory University and his J.D. at University of Montana School of Law.
