Jennifer G Hall is a litigation attorney in the Jackson office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where she has concentrated her practice in the area of labor and employment law and litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Hall devotes a significant amount of her practice to representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, and the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission; and in defending lawsuits related to harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Ms. Hall is a member of The Mississippi Bar; American, Tennessee and Capital Area bar associations; Federal Bar Association for the Fifth Circuit; Capital Area Bar Association; Mississippi Women Lawyers Association; and  Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Hall earned her B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Business and her J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
