Jennifer L. DeFlitch
is an attorney in the Pittsburgh office of Margolis Edelstein. She is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience. Ms. DeFlitch began her legal career in the energy sector, specializing in oil and gas law, before transitioning to criminal defense. For over eight years, she served at the Westmoreland County Public Defender's Office, where she managed a diverse caseload, from minor summary offenses to serious homicides, guiding clients through all stages of the legal process, including preliminary hearings and appeals. Her trial experience is extensive, encompassing numerous non-jury and jury trials with significant successes. She is renowned for her vigorous defense strategies, often achieving case dismissals through pre-trial motions. Ms. DeFlitch is a dedicated educator at Westmoreland County Community College, where she teaches courses in legal research, writing, and estates and trusts. She earned her B.A. degree from Bucknell University and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Edward J. Bonett, Jr.
is counsel in the Newark office of Genova Burns, LLC. He is a seasoned senior labor relations attorney whose focus is representing employers in union contract negotiations and unfair labor practice proceedings. With over two decades of experience at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Philadelphia, Mr. Bonett has honed his skills in all facets of litigation, from investigating unfair labor practice charges to litigating National Labor Relations Act cases. With a wealth of experience in labor law and dispute resolution, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, Edward J. Bonett, Jr., Esq., Counsel, is a distinguished legal professional respected by peers on both the management and labor sides. Mr. Bonett is a confident litigator, public speaker, and persuasive legal writer. He earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University, his M.B.A. degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law.

Michelle E. McMahon
is of counsel with Ogletree Deakins practicing in employment law. She earned her B.B.A. from Mercer University, focusing on business management and international business. Ms. McMahon graduated magna cum laude from Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she interned for The Honorable Tommy R. Hankinson, superior court judge of the Griffin Circuit of Georgia. Ms. McMahon is a member of the Federal Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association and the Charleston County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in U.S. Supreme Court; South Carolina; Georgia; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina; and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia.

Brandon Calton
is an attorney at The Royal Law Firm with experience advising clients through the litigation process. He provides assistance when employers are faced with difficult scenarios, such as defending themselves against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, or allegations of violations of the FMLA. Through the litigation process, Mr. Calton prepares pleadings and motions, attends court hearings, depositions, and prepares for motion hearings and trials. His experience derives from representing clients at the District Court level during his employment as a public defender with the Committee for Public Counsel Services. During his time with the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Mr. Calton represented clients through misdemeanor and felony cases. His work at the Committee for Public Counsel Services provided ample experience in conducting research, drafting court filings, motion practice, and trial practice. Mr. Calton earned his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law; where he graduated with honors, and was an officer of The Alliance, and the law school's LGBTQ+ student organization. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Lawrence University. Mr. Calton is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court of Massachusetts and United States District Court of Connecticut.

Jennifer G. Hall
is a litigation attorney in the Jackson office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where she has concentrated her practice in the area of labor and employment law and litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Hall devotes a significant amount of her practice to representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor, and the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission; and in defending lawsuits related to harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Ms. Hall is a member of The Mississippi Bar; American, Tennessee and Capital Area bar associations; Federal Bar Association for the Fifth Circuit; Capital Area Bar Association; Mississippi Women Lawyers Association; and Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Hall earned her B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Business and her J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.
