Joshua L Rogers is counsel in the Durham office of Sands Anderson. He assists North Carolina organizations in navigating workplace conflicts. Mr. Rogers' work, which encompasses a wide range of employment law issues, includes internal investigations, employee complaints, and other personnel decisions. He particularly enjoys conducting third-party workplace investigations and helping employers discern what is causing conflict, whether there is legal exposure, and how they can best mitigate risk. Mr. Rogers' wealth of experience includes litigating claims under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, and Pregnancy Discrimination Act, as well as Section 1983. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Mr. Rogers is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Virginia, and Mississippi.
