Julian E Neiser is a commercial and construction trial attorney with Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, where he serves as vice chair of the Litigation Department and co-chair of the Construction Group. He has extensive experience in litigation, contract negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Neiser is a member of the AAA Roster of Neutrals and Arbitrators, and has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts, as well as private arbitration. He is a member of the Board of Governors for the Allegheny County Bar association and an officer with the Civil Litigation section. In 2019, Mr. Neiser was the chair of the Construction Section. He previously was a litigation attorney with Meyer, Unkovic & Scott, Tucker Arensberg, and McGuireWoods and served as the general counsel of The Rhodes Group, an international construction claims consulting company. Mr. Neiser earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, where he currently serves as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy. He is a former enlisted Marine and served as a drill instructor at Parris Island.
