Justin S Clark is of counsel with Murray Plumb & Murray's employment law and litigation groups, focusing on representing employees and small businesses. For over a decade, he has advocated for clients in complex matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, tips, and commissions, as well as severance agreements. Mr. Clark has served as class counsel in numerous class actions and advises small businesses on employment law compliance and wage and hour issues, guiding them through investigations, hearings, and litigation before government agencies. Prior to joining Murray Plumb & Murray, he worked for twelve years at a boutique employment law firm in New York and interned with the Attorneys General of Maine and New Hampshire. Mr. Clark has successfully negotiated numerous settlements and severance agreements and has tried ten cases, securing jury verdicts of $900,000 and $1.295 million. He is admitted to practice in Maine, New York, Massachusetts, multiple federal district courts, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Clark earned his B.A. degree from Colby College in 2009 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2012.
