Speaker bio
Anne-Marie L. Storey
is a Senior Counsel with Bernstein Shur, where she practices employment law, including general advising of employers, litigation, administrative actions, training, and workers' compensation. Ms. Storey is the chair of the firm's employment practice group. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers for five consecutive years in the practice areas of employment and workers' compensation. Ms. Storey is a past-president of the Maine State Bar Association's Board of Governors; member of the John Waldo Ballou Inn of Court; and former member of the Professional Ethics Committee of the Board of Overseers of the Bar. She earned her B.A. degree from Middlebury College and her J.D. degree from Vermont Law School.

Erik Peters
is a partner in Verrill Dana LLP's Labor and Employment group. He regularly conducts workplace investigations, advises clients on employment law and human resources compliance issues, and defends companies accused of discrimination or harassment based upon disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, whistleblower retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Additionally, Mr. Peters has successfully represented many individuals who were the victims of discrimination. A significant part of his practice involves conducting workplace investigations. In conjunction with this, Mr. Peters has successfully completed the Association of Workplace Investigators' Training Institute, which teaches the knowledge and skills necessary to perform impartial workplace investigations. He also regularly conducts anti-harassment training for his management side clients and for other attorneys.

Justin S. Clark
is of counsel with Murray Plumb & Murray's employment law and litigation groups, focusing on representing employees and small businesses. For over a decade, he has advocated for clients in complex matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, tips, and commissions, as well as severance agreements. Mr. Clark has served as class counsel in numerous class actions and advises small businesses on employment law compliance and wage and hour issues, guiding them through investigations, hearings, and litigation before government agencies. Prior to joining Murray Plumb & Murray, he worked for twelve years at a boutique employment law firm in New York and interned with the Attorneys General of Maine and New Hampshire. Mr. Clark has successfully negotiated numerous settlements and severance agreements and has tried ten cases, securing jury verdicts of $900,000 and $1.295 million. He is admitted to practice in Maine, New York, Massachusetts, multiple federal district courts, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Clark earned his B.A. degree from Colby College in 2009 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2012.

Latha M. Srinivasan
is with The Lincoln Electric Company. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio for more than 25 years, and has worked in the areas of labor and employment law, business and civil litigation, EEO and HR compliance, and workplace diversity and inclusion management and implementation. She has presented numerous seminar topics on labor and employment law and HR compliance. She also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. Hergenroeder Award in trial tactics. Ms. Srinivasan is mock trial coach.
