Katiana V.R. Sibley is a partner at Goldberg Segalla, where she focuses her practice on counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers' compensation matters. Ms. Sibley assists clients with all stages of litigation, from inception through resolution. She draws on previous experience as in-house counsel at a multi-national luxury fashion holding company, where she handled a broad spectrum of employment and litigation matters. Ms. Sibley is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. She earned her B.S. degree from University of Miami and her J.D. degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law.
