Neil Diskin is an accomplished litigator with more than a decade of experience representing clients in New York State and Federal courts. His practice ranges from commercial litigation to criminal defense. His commercial litigation practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract actions, partnership and shareholder disputes, business tort claims, commercial real estate litigation, construction disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, fiduciary duty claims, and applications for injunctive relief. Prior to founding his practice, Neil spent years handling complex commercial litigation matters at one of the nation’s largest law firms and, before that, at one of the region’s most respected litigation firms. This experience provided him with sophisticated training in managing high-stakes disputes and representing clients in complex business litigation.
