Perry Y Young is a partner with Jensen Young & Butler, PLLC where he practices principally in the areas of commercial litigation; business and corporate transactions and litigation; real estate transactions and litigation; and probate estates. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Hamilton College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. Mr. Young was admitted to the New York State Bar and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of New York, in 1994. He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar, and to the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas, in 1997. In his spare time he is a real estate developer as well, having been a principal in four residential developments. Mr. Young has taught classes for the LSAT and GRE, and as a certified law enforcement instructor, taught Saline County Sheriff's Reserve Deputies prior to their commission. He is a member of the Saline County, Pulaski County and Arkansas Bar Associations. Mr. Young has been Saline County Bar President, a Barrister within the William R. Overton Inns of Court, elected special judge in the Saline County Circuit and District Courts, and sits on several charitable Boards.
