Phoenix S. Ayotte
is an attorney at Future Counsel, LLC. She has facilitated real estate settlements since 2020 and was formerly the managing attorney for a national title company. The real estate and title industry were a welcome and delightful change from Ms. Ayotte's former grind in the courtroom and trial work. Not only does she love the nitty-gritty of individual transactions, she is a generous and enthusiastic educator. Therefore, Ms. Ayotte continuously creates courses and informative content for real estate agents, fellow attorneys, students, and lay people, for CE/CLE and non-CE/CLE credit, mentors students and interns; and is an annual participant in judging mock trials and moot courts. She has been recognized as a Washingtonian Magazine Top Lawyer, Super-Lawyers Rising Star and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40. Ms. Ayotte is admitted to practice in Virginia.

Patrick O. Lacsina
is the principal of Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC. He concentrates his practice on creditors' rights, commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, evictions, real estate transactions, collections, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to starting Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC, Mr. Lacsina represented major financial institutions as the managing attorney at one of New Jersey's largest default services law firms. He earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School-Newark and his bachelor's degree in information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Lacsina is licensed to practice in New Jersey and California.

Trevor B. Reid
is the president of the Richmond law firm of Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., practicing in the areas of commercial real estate, business law and civil litigation. He represents individual and institutional clients in a wide range of real estate related matters, including commercial real estate transactions, easement disputes, and resolution of title defects. Mr. Reid also represents secured lenders and other creditors in loan workouts, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Henrico County Bar Association since 2021. Mr. Reid is also a member of the Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association and John Marshall Inn of Court. He earned his B.A. degree from Gonzaga University and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond.

Perry Y. Young
is a partner with Jensen Young & Butler, PLLC where he practices principally in the areas of commercial litigation; business and corporate transactions and litigation; real estate transactions and litigation; and probate estates. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Hamilton College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. Mr. Young was admitted to the New York State Bar and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of New York, in 1994. He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar, and to the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas, in 1997. In his spare time he is a real estate developer as well, having been a principal in four residential developments. Mr. Young has taught classes for the LSAT and GRE, and as a certified law enforcement instructor, taught Saline County Sheriff's Reserve Deputies prior to their commission. He is a member of the Saline County, Pulaski County and Arkansas Bar Associations. Mr. Young has been Saline County Bar President, a Barrister within the William R. Overton Inns of Court, elected special judge in the Saline County Circuit and District Courts, and sits on several charitable Boards.
