Robin E Shea is a partner in the Winston-Salem office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP. She has more than 30 years' experience counseling employers and representing them before government agencies and in employment litigation involving Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, Equal Pay Act, and Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as similar state laws. Ms. Shea also conducts employment-related investigations as well as training for human resources professionals, management, and employees on a wide variety of topics. She is editor-in-chief of Constangy's legal bulletins and its four law blogs Affirmative Action Alert, California Snapshot, Cyber Advisor, and Employment & Labor Insider. Ms. Shea earned her B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and her J.D. degree from Wake Forest University.
