Sara Epler is a lawyer in Brewe Layman's Seattle office. Throughout her practice she has focused on family law cases, specifically those with complex financial issues such as closely held businesses, executive deferred compensation plans, stock grants and options, and other valuation issues. Ms. Epler also handles complicated parenting issues, including dealing with parents with substance abuse histories. Having assisted clients in a full range of property division, spousal maintenance and parenting plan issues, she combines strong client advocacy with a deep understanding of the legal issues in order to provide efficient, effective, family-focused resolutions. Ms. Epler was recognized by SuperLawyers magazine as a Rising Star in the area of family law. She earned her BA degree, cum laude, from University of Washington and JD degree, summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.
