William Reingold, Jr.
is an attorney with Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson PLLC, practicing in the area of family law. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, (executive editor, Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property, February (2018-2019); Wake Forest Moot Court, Stanley Moot Court Competition best oralist (2017); board member, marshall (2018-2019). Mr. Reingold, Jr. is a member of the Scribes Journal of Legal Writing, American Bar Association, King County Bar Association and the Family Law CASA, King County. He is admitted to practice in Washington.

Dimitra S. Scott
is the chair of both the divorce and family law, and adoption and assisted reproduction practice groups at Beresford Booth PLLC where she brings compassion and a balanced perspective to clients. She is also a fellow for the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), a leading organization that sets the highest standards for its members. Ms. Scott guides families through the adoption process, advising prospective adoptive families through their match process, decisions regarding the best choice of law for their situation, and through the legal process to complete their family. She also guides birth parents in placement with a loving family to meet their individual needs Whether finalizing a DCYF foster-to-adopt placement, advising clients regarding a second-parent adoption, or guiding individuals to confirm their family through an adult adoption, Ms. Scott works with each client to understand and meet their unique needs. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Ms. Scott graduated from Henry M. Jackson High School in Mill Creek where she enjoyed playing soccer and fastpitch softball. She graduated magna cum laude from Menlo College in California while continuing to play fastpitch. Ms. Scott joined Beresford Booth in 2004, after graduating cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, and became a partner in 2016.

Todd R. DeVallance
is a sole practitioner in Bellevue, Washington. He focuses his practice on estate planning and complex family law matters, which includes high asset dissolutions; cases involving business owners, partners, and shareholders; division of restricted stock units and tax deferred accounts; drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; and mediating family law matters. Mr. DeVallance is a frequent speaker at CLEs and seminars on the topic of tax consequences associated with divorce. He has appeared on The Today Show, Fox News Fox & Friends, ABC News, Anderson Cooper, and has provided legal analysis on national high-profile cases. Mr. DeVallance is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Chaminade University, his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.

Amanda N. Gamble
is an associate with Beresford Booth PLLC on the firm's divorce and family law team. Born in Germany to parents who served in the United States Air Force, she has spent most of her life in the United States. Ms. Gamble earned her J.D. degree from Oklahoma City School of Law and continued her legal training to earn her Master of Law (LLM) degree from Vermont School of Law. She is an exceptional family law litigator and a strong advocate for her clients. Ms. Gamble has devoted her entire practice to family law matters. She understands her clients are facing some of the most challenging times in their lives when they seek her help and guidance. Ms. Gamble takes her role as an advocate very seriously and offers compassion, dedication, and sound judgement. She has experience with complex divorce litigation, parentage actions, parenting plans, child support modifications and more.

Sara Epler
is a lawyer in Brewe Layman P.S.'s Seattle office. Throughout her practice she has focused on family law cases, specifically those with complex financial issues such as closely held businesses, executive deferred compensation plans, stock grants and options, and other valuation issues. Ms. Epler also handles complicated parenting issues, including dealing with parents with substance abuse histories. Having assisted clients in a full range of property division, spousal maintenance and parenting plan issues, she combines strong client advocacy with a deep understanding of the legal issues in order to provide efficient, effective, family-focused resolutions. Ms. Epler was recognized by SuperLawyers magazine as a Rising Star in the area of family law. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from University of Washington and J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.

Michelle L. Prosser
has over 21 years of family law experience. She joined SKH in 2012. In 2014, she was named the managing attorney for SW Washington, and in 2015 she was elected as a shareholder. Ms. Prosser understands the emotional difficulties inherent in the divorce process and believes that part of her job is to eliminate your anxiety about the unknown and explain the possible outcomes, as well as the law. She is there to help you stay informed, prepared and ready to address the important legal issues you face. Ms. Prosser's wealth of experience in both family and criminal law allows her to give her clients the tools they need to make informed and intelligent decisions about their future and the future of their families. She prides herself on negotiating settlements for her clients in difficult situations and spends the time to ensure that her clients stay focused on the important legal issues while helping them navigate through an emotionally draining time in their lives. "I am committed to making sure each client is heard, prepared and protected," she said. After graduating from Lewis & Clark Law School, Ms. Prosser started a solo practice where she focused exclusively on family law for three years. During this time, she developed solid skills in the areas of discovery, settlement negotiations, international and interstate issues, and litigation. In 2006, Ms. Prosser started at the St. Andrew Legal Clinic (SALC), where she provided legal assistance to those in our community with limited financial resources. Less than a year after going to work for SALC, she was promoted to branch manager. In that capacity, Ms. Prosser managed five attorneys and four staff in addition to maintaining a full-time case load. She focused on both family law and criminal law for an additional four years in private practice before joining SKH.

Sarah K. Thorpe
is an associate at the firm. An experienced trial attorney, her practice encompasses a wide range of family law matters, including domestic violence, divorce/dissolution of marriage, parenting plans and modifications, child support, abusive litigation, and relocations. Ms. Thorpe has considerable experience representing victims of domestic violence and child abuse in family law, criminal, and civil rights matters. Prior to joining Skellenger Bender, she spent five years as an attorney at Northwest Justice Project, representing low-income victims of domestic violence and other crimes in King County, prioritizing people identifying as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Limited English Proficient, or from other marginalized communities. Ms. Thorpe's legal aid background inspired her passion for supporting and uplifting families through the court system and provided her with significant litigation, trial, and motions practice experience. In her private family law practice, she assists clients in reaching resolution of their disputes both inside and out of the courtroom, carefully tailoring her approach to each matter based upon the unique facts and circumstances presented. Ms. Thorpe is a member of King County and Washington State bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree from Pacific Lutheran University and her J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law.

M. Geoffrey G. Jones
is managing partner in the Everett firm of Newton Kight LLP. He has a general practice, concentrating primarily in the areas of elder law and guardianships. Mr. Jones' practice emphasizes probate, guardianship and estate planning, and other areas relating to elder law. He previously worked as an assistant attorney general for the Washington State Attorney General's Office in Olympia, where he represented several state agencies in civil matters, including the Department of Employment Security, Department of General Administration and Department of Information Systems. Mr. Jones is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from The Evergreen State College and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon.
