Seth C Berenzweig is a founding and managing partner of Berenzweig Leonard, LLP. He has developed a legal practice centered on traditional business law and compliance matters while expanding his professional reach to represent companies in the high-tech space and sports and entertainment clients. Mr. Berenzweig has extensive corporate, business, and litigation experience. He regularly handles transactions, government contracts, technology law, compliance, and white-collar matters, as well as labor and employment cases for businesses, executives, and entrepreneurs in the Washington D.C. region and nationally. Mr. Berenzweig also helps companies protect their software inventions and novel technologies. He appears in the national and international media to discuss business, litigation, technology, compliance, white collar, and constitutional matters and is a frequent guest on national television networks discussing breaking news and legal cases impacting businesses. Mr. Berenzweig’s diverse experience includes leading a team in the multi-state judgment collection against a D.C. business and its directors accused of fraud. His work has involved cutting-edge legal issues, such as the development of blockchain technology and the use of computer forensic evidence seized by United States Marshals. Mr. Berenzweig earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. degree (member, Temple Law Review) from Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the The CEO Boardroom, The GovCon HR Forum, Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) (fellow), American Bar Association (ABA), National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Professional Services Council (PSC), National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS). Mr. Berenzweig is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, U.S. District Court District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
