Steve T Henke

Steve T Henke is an attorney at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He focuses his practice on litigation matters. His experience includes a wide range of lawsuits involving residential real estate transactions, noncompetition agreements, employment law, construction contracts, shareholder disputes, disclosure of confidential information, class actions, and eminent domain matters, both on behalf of the condemning authority and landowners. Prior to private practice, Mr. Henke worked with federal and state courts around Indiana. He serves on the executive committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Young Lawyer Division and as a director of the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men. He is also a member of the Indianapolis State Bar Association, Indianapolis Law Club, and several other organizations. Mr. Henke earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Wabash College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
