Kathleen M. Erickson
is a partner with the law firm of O'Neill McFadden & Willett. She focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense and has extensive experience handling medical malpractice and healthcare defense matters. Ms. Erickson works with her clients through all phases of litigation, including investigation, motion practice, written and oral discovery, and trial. She represents hospitals and individual health care providers before medical review panels, in court and on appeal. Ms. Erickson earned her B.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Lake County Indiana Bar Association.

Timothy F. Kelly
is an attorney with Tauber Law Offices located in Schererville Indiana. He focuses his practice on personal injury, commercial, and contract litigation. Mr. Kelly is also a civil mediator having successfully mediated hundreds of personal injury cases. He has tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, and Tennessee. Mr. Kelly is a founding member of the Chicagoland Law Tigers, an organization that represents injured motorcycle riders. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers, ABATE, and the Harley Owners' group. Mr. Kelly earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1972.

Michelle K. Floyd
is a partner at Rothberg Law in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She practices in the areas of employment law, civil rights, and civil litigation. Ms. Floyd earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University Bloomington, followed by her Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.

Steve T. Henke
is an attorney at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He focuses his practice on litigation matters. His experience includes a wide range of lawsuits involving residential real estate transactions, noncompetition agreements, employment law, construction contracts, shareholder disputes, disclosure of confidential information, class actions, and eminent domain matters, both on behalf of the condemning authority and landowners. Prior to private practice, Mr. Henke worked with federal and state courts around Indiana. He serves on the executive committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Young Lawyer Division and as a director of the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men. He is also a member of the Indianapolis State Bar Association, Indianapolis Law Club, and several other organizations. Mr. Henke earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Wabash College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
