William D Sanders is of counsel at Post Polak. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial mass tort, products liability, professional liability, insurance coverage and personal injury defense. Mr. Sanders has substantial experience in asbestos litigation, having represented both Fortune 100 companies and mining companies as defendants. He also has experience representing clients in professional liability, personal injury, insurance coverage, consumer protection and securities arbitration matters. Mr. Sanders received his M.A. and A.B. from Brown University and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and U.S. District Court, New York, all courts.
