is the managing partner of Seigel Law, where he focuses his practice in personal injury and medical malpractice. He was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for membership and service on the District IIB Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. Seigel earned his B.A. degree from Goucher College, Baltimore and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan. He attributes much of his success to the nationally ranked Temple University Beasley School of Law Masters of Law in Trial Advocacy program, where he was awarded an LL.M. degree and invited back to lecture as an adjunct professor. Mr. Seigel proudly serves on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice.

In addition, Mr. Matrafajlo created legal precedent in the personal injury field of law with appellate decisions, such as Hardison v. King (381 N.J.Super. 129) and Frenklakh v. Ms. Hackett is a highly qualified litigator with extensive experience in personal injury defense and subrogation of high-exposure property damage claims. Her superior legal skills and pragmatic litigation approach have resulted in numerous successful resolutions and seven-figure recoveries through judgment, ADR, and settlement negotiations. Ms. Hackett has also served in various roles within the insurance industry, including claims, coverage, subrogation and recovery, and Office of the General Counsel. In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
